# Integrating with HubSpot

Directly connect your Emailable and HubSpot accounts.

## **Connecting to HubSpot**

After signing in to your Emailable account, click the **Get Started button**, or **+New List** if you have already verified a list with us. A new modal will appear, prompting you to select a list source.

Click the HubSpot option to sign into your HubSpot account and grant permission to Emailable.

## **Verifying a HubSpot List**

Once access has been granted, you'll be prompted on your Emailable dashboard to select a list from your existing HubSpot Contacts.

After importing the list, click **Verify **to watch it verify in real time.

Once verification is complete, click **View Results** to view and analyze the health of your HubSpot data.

## **Export Data Back to HubSpot**

In the results page, you'll find the **Export **tab at the top of the dashboard. Click the **New Export** option.

A new modal will appear, allowing you to include or exclude specific email verification categories and attribute filters in your export. After making your selection, click **Send To HubSpot**.

Choose the option that best suits your needs.

| Maximum Reach | This export contains Deliverable, Risky, and Unknown emails |
| Only Bad Emails | This export contains Undeliverable emails |
| Custom | Build your customized export report |

You'll receive a notification that the export is being sent to HubSpot, and an email once it's complete.

### **Exported results in HubSpot**

When you export the verified emails to HubSpot, the selected emails will be added to a new list in your HubSpot account.

For example, if you have selected only the "Deliverable" emails on emailable. The selected deliverable emails will be added to a new list in your HubSpot account.

## **Removing the HubSpot integration from your Emailable account**

To remove the HubSpot integration from your account, click on the top right side dropdown menu on your Dashboard, and select the [Integrations](https://app.emailable.com/providers) page.

In your Integrations page, select which integration you would like to manage by selecting the three dots on the right side of the panel.

Once you click to remove the HubSpot integration, a confirmation prompt will appear. Once you're ready to proceed, click on **Delete**.

A confirmation message will be displayed, and the integration is now removed from your Emailable account.

You may disconnect and reconnect the HubSpot integration as many times as you like. No data transmitted from Emailable to HubSpot will be lost or changed in your HubSpot account if you remove the integration. You may also uninstall the Emailable integration in HubSpot.

## **HubSpot Marketplace App**

Emailable’s HubSpot Marketplace integration lets you verify email addresses directly in HubSpot, helping you maintain a clean contact database and improve email deliverability.

### **Install the Emailable App in HubSpot**

To get started, install the Emailable app from the [HubSpot Marketplace](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/emailable).

1. Click Install app
2. Sign in to your HubSpot account
3. Review and approve the required permissions
4. Complete the installation

Once installed, Emailable will be available in your HubSpot account, and you can connect and verify the email lists.
