# Team Management

Invite team members, manage permissions, and control account access.

Manage your team in Emailable by inviting members, setting their access, and updating their permissions as needed.

## **Invite Team Members**

You can invite additional users to your Emailable account and set their permissions.

To invite team members:

1. From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to [Team](https://app.emailable.com/account#team).
2. Click **Invite**.
3. In the **Emails** field, enter one or more email addresses.
   - If inviting multiple users, separate their email addresses with commas.
4. Under **Products**, enable access to the products the user should be able to use:
   - Bulk Verification
   - Single Verification
   - Deliverability
   - API
5. Under **General**, enable any additional permissions the user should have:
   - Manage Account
   - Billing & Purchases
   - Developer
6. Click **Invite **to send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to join your account.

## **View Team Members**

You can view all users associated with your account in the Team section, which helps you manage access across your organization and review each user’s current status.

To view your team members:

1. Review the team member list, which displays:
   - Name
   - Email address
   - Role
   - 2FA status
2. Use the filters at the top of the page to view:
   - All
   - Active
   - Pending (Invite has not been accepted yet)
3. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific team member.

This helps you manage access across your organization and review each user’s current status.

## **Manage Team Member Permissions**

You can update permissions for existing team members directly from the Team page.

To manage a team member’s permissions:

1. Locate the user you want to update.
2. Click the three-dot (**︙**) settings menu next to that user.
3. Select **Manage Permissions**.

  5. Update the user’s access settings as needed.

  6. Save the changes.

This allows you to control which products and account-level settings each user can access.

### **Set a Team Member as Owner**

You can transfer account ownership to another team member from the Team page.

To set a team member as the account owner:

1. From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to [Team](https://app.emailable.com/account#team).
2. Locate the team member you want to promote.
3. Click the three-dot (**︙**) settings menu next to their name.
4. Select **Set as Owner**.
5. Confirm the change if prompted.

After the change is completed, that user will become the account owner.

### **Remove a Team Member**

You can remove a user from your Emailable account if they no longer need access.

To remove a team member:

1. Locate the user you want to remove.
2. Click the three-dot (**︙**) settings menu next to their name.

  4. Select **Remove**.

Once removed, that user will no longer be able to access your account through your team workspace.
