# Notifications

Manage your account and usage notification preferences.

You can control which email notifications you receive from Emailable.

## Manage your Notification Preferences

1. From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to [Profile](https://app.emailable.com/user#notifications).
2. In the **Notifications** section, enable or disable notifications as needed.
3. Click **Save **to apply your changes.

### **Account & Usage Notifications Overview**


| Category | Notification | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Account Notifications | Auto-Refill | Receive an email when your account is auto-refilled or if an auto-refill attempt fails. |
|  | Low Credits | Receive an email when your credit balance falls below a specified threshold (ex., 100 credits). |
|  | No Credits | Receive an email when your credit balance reaches zero. |
| Bulk Notifications | Imported | Receive an email if a list is imported but not verified within 15 minutes. |
|  | Verified | Receive an email if a verified list is not exported within 1 hour. |
|  | Deletion | Receive an email 5 days before the lists are automatically deleted. |
| Deliverability Notifications | Inbox Report | Receive an email when a new Inbox Report is available. |
|  | Blacklist Report | Receive an email if your monitored domains or IP addresses are found on any blacklists. |
