Connecting to Salesforce

After signing in to your Emailable account, click the Get Started button, or the + New List if you have already verified a list with us. A new modal will appear, prompting you to select a source.

Click the Salesforce option to sign into your Salesforce account and grant permission to Emailable.

Verifying Salesforce Contacts or Leads

Once access has been granted, you'll be prompted on your Emailable dashboard to select a source from your existing Salesforce contacts or leads.

After importing the list, click Verify and watch your emails verify in real time.

Once verification is complete, click View Results to view and analyze the health of your Salesforce data.

Export Data Back to Salesforce

On the results page, you'll find the Exports tab at the top of the dashboard.

Select it, then click the New Export option.

A new modal will appear, allowing you to include or exclude specific verification categories and filters in your export. After making your selection, click Send To Salesforce.

Choose the option that best suits your needs.

Maximum Deliverability This export contains Deliverable emails
Maximum Reach This export contains Deliverable, Risky, and Unknown emails
Only Bad Emails This export contains Undeliverable emails

You'll receive a notification that the export is being sent to Salesforce, and an email once it's complete.

Exported Results in Salesforce

When you export the verified emails to Salesforce, the selected email contacts/leads will be sent to your Salesforce account, while all the other email contacts/leads will have their “Email Opt Out” field set to true.

For example, if you select only the "Deliverable" emails in Emailable, those selected contacts or leads will be sent to Salesforce. All other contacts/leads, including undeliverable and risky ones, will have their "Email Opt Out" field set to true.
