The Profile Settings section allows you to manage your personal information, account details, and notifications in one place.

Update Profile Details

You can update your personal information, such as your name and phone number, from the Profile section.

To update your profile details:

  1. From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to Profile.
  2. Update the fields you would like to change:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Your updated details are saved to your account and used across your profile where applicable.

How to Reset or Change Your Emailable Password

There are two ways to update your Emailable password, depending on whether you remember your current password.

If You Forgot Your Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the password reset page.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your Emailable account.
  2. Check your inbox for the password reset email.
  3. Click the reset link in the email.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Log in to your Emailable account using the new password.

If You Already Know Your Password

If you are already logged in and know your current password, you can change it from your Emailable dashboard.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Emailable account.
  2. Go to the Profile section in the dashboard.
  3. Under Change Password, enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Re-enter your new password in the confirmation field.
  6. Click Save.
