Subscriptions
Manage your subscription plan, billing term, renewals, and cancellation settings.
Manage your Subscription
To update your subscription:
- From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions.
2. Locate your active subscription and click the Manage button.
3. Select your preferred option from Select a payment term - monthly, quarterly or yearly
4. Click Submit to confirm the changes.
Payment Term Options
| Type of Subscription | Billing Frequency |
|---|---|
| Monthly Subscription | Billed monthly. Offers flexibility with shorter billing cycles. |
| Quarterly Subscription | Billed every three months. Suitable for mid-term planning and operational consistency. |
| Yearly Subscription | Billed annually. Ideal for long-term usage and simplified yearly billing management. |
Your selected billing term will apply to future renewal cycles.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
To cancel your subscription:
- From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to Subscriptions.
2. Locate your active subscription. Click the Manage button.
3. Click Cancel at the top right-hand side.
4. Click Submit to confirm the cancellation.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, it will not renew.
Note:
Please note that cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next billing charge.
