Account Information
Manage your account details, billing information, and currency settings.
Update Account Details
You can update your company and billing details from the Account section of your Emailable dashboard.
To update your account details:
- From your Emailable dashboard, navigate to Account.
- In the General section, update the fields you would like to change, such as:
- Company Name
- Tax ID type
- Tax ID number
- In the Billing Information section, update the relevant fields, such as:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- Country
- State
- Postal Code
- Click Save to apply the changes.
These changes will be saved to your account and used for future billing details where applicable.
Currency Change
You may request that we change the currency associated with your Emailable account.
Emailable currently supports the following currencies:
- USD (United States Dollar)
- EUR (Euro)
- CAD (Canadian Dollar)
- AUD (Australian Dollar)
- GBP (British Pound Sterling)
- MXN (Mexican Peso)
- PHP (Philippine Peso)
- BRL (Brazilian Real)
Before proceeding, please note that changing your account currency will:
- Reset your billing profile
- Delete all existing invoices from your account
- Remove any saved default payment methods
Invoices may not be recoverable after the currency change. We strongly recommend downloading any invoices you may need before requesting the update.
