Enable 2-Step Verification

You can enable and manage the 2-Step Verification (2FA) method to add an extra layer of security to your profile.

Mobile Phone Verification

Verification codes can be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.

  • Displays your verified phone number.
  • Shows the current status (ex, Verified).

To disable mobile phone verification:

  1. Navigate to 2-Step Verification.
  2. In the 2-Step Verification section, locate Mobile Phone.
  3. Click Disable.

Authenticator App

You can use an authenticator app to generate verification codes.

To set up an authenticator app:

  1. In the 2-Step Verification section, locate Authenticator App.
  2. Click Set Up.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Once enabled, your authenticator app will generate verification codes.

Backup Codes

Backup codes can be used if you lose access to your primary 2-Step Verification method.

To set up backup codes:

  1. In the 2-Step Verification section, locate Backup Codes.
  2. Click Set Up.
  3. Save your backup codes securely.

Each backup code can be used once.
