You can enable Auto-Refill to automatically purchase credits when your balance reaches a specified threshold.

A saved payment method is required before Auto-Refill can work. If you don't have one, add a payment method first in Payment Methods, then return here to set up Auto-Refill.

Enable Auto-Refill

  1. To manage Auto-Refill, navigate to Auto-Refill.
Emailable auto-refill settings page showing enabled toggle with options to automatically purchase credits and trigger refill when balance drops below a set threshold.

2. Turn on the Auto-Refill toggle.

3. Save your changes.

For example, if you set:

  • When Balance Drops Below: 5,000 credits
  • Automatically Purchase: 20,000 credits

When your credit balance falls below 5,000, Emailable automatically purchases 20,000 credits and adds them to your account using your default payment method.

Auto-Refill is the most efficient way to ensure you never run out of credits.

Disable Auto-Refill

You can disable Auto-Refill at any time if you no longer want automatic credit purchases on your account.

Disable Auto-refill on emailable
  1. Turn off the Enable Auto-Refill toggle.
  2. Save your changes.

Once disabled:

  • Credits are no longer purchased automatically.
  • Your account continues using any remaining available credits.
  • If your balance reaches zero, verification services stop until you manually purchase additional credits.
